frAIghts provides an automated freight quote data extraction service that uses artificial intelligence to extract information from emails and PDF documents, including origin, destination, rates, surcharges, and transit times.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) with different features and quote processing limits. Current pricing is available on our website.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAIGHTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Service Availability

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

10. Data Export and Deletion
